Thanks for your interest in sponsorship with Ooltewah Youth Association.

Providing sponsorship at any level aids the community.  OYA helps children develop values, like sportsmanship, leadership and teamwork.  From a business standpoint, sponsorship provides an economical form of advertising that exposes your company to potential new customers in Ooltewah.  Also, OYA is a non-profit organization, so your sponsorship is tax deductible.  You will be provided with a receipt with tax id for your records.

Here are a few sponsorship options:

Package 1:

  • 4x4 Promotional Fence banner, professionally produced with your logo and contact information hung at one of our fields

  • Approval to display that you’re a sponsor on your website (our logo will be provided)

    TOTAL COST: $400-annual renewal is $300

Package 2:

  • 4x8 Promotional Fence banner, professionally produced with your logo and contact information hung at one of our fields

  • Approval to display that you’re a sponsor on your website (our logo will be provided)

  •  TOTAL COST: $450-annual renewal is $350

Package 3:

  • 4x8 Promotional Fence banner, professionally produced with your logo and contact information hung at one of our fields

  • Approval to display that you’re a sponsor on your website (our logo will be provided)

  • Your brochure or money saving coupons distributed to parents in our organization OR your logo displayed on ooltewahyouth.com for that year

    TOTAL COST: $600-annual renewal is $500

Package 4:

  • 4x8 Promotional Fence banner, professionally produced with your logo and contact information hung at one of our fields

  • Approval to display that you’re a sponsor on your website (our logo will be provided)

  • Your brochure or money saving coupons distributed to parents in our organization AND your logo displayed on ooltewahyouth.com for that year

    TOTAL COST: $650 -annual renewal is $550

Your sponsorship dollars will be put directly into the league, to cover the cost of equipment like bats and balls, training materials, and field maintenance.

Just to give you a little background on our Spring Baseball & Softball programs, we have nearly 40 teams.  Each team has 10 to 12 players.  Teams are at the park on average 30 times between March and late May.  We also host tournaments, which attract a similar number of teams.  So, in that short time period roughly 3,000 parents, grandparents, and friends of players will be exposed dozens of times to your contributions to our organization and teams.
