The Chattanooga region's leading recreational softball program!

We offer 3 seasons of play:

• 🌸 Spring

• 🌟 Summer All-Stars

• 🍂 Fall

🌸 SPRING SOFTBALL (Late February – Late May)

• No players are cut — all who sign up, play!

• Season ends before Memorial Day

• New! OYA Club Softball: For players wanting to play tournament ball alongside their regular season

🌟 SUMMER ALL-STARS (Late April – July)

• Tryouts in late April / early May

• Teams consist of 11–13 players

• Players are invited after tryouts

• In 2024, OYA fielded 6u, 8u, 10u, and 13u teams
  🏆 10u and 13u were Dizzy Dean State Champions!

🍂 FALL SOFTBALL (August – Halloween)

• Practices begin in August

• Games start after Labor Day

• No evaluations or cuts

• Games are instructional and fun!

🧒 AGE DIVISIONS (by age on January 1):

• 6u: 5–6 y/o (and 4 y/o who turn 5 during the season)

• 8u: 7–8 y/o

• 10u: 9–10 y/o

• 13u: 11–13 y/o

• 16u: 13–16 y/o (offered when there is enough interest)

📅 Note: In Fall, players “move up” to the age group they'll play in the next spring — based on age on Jan 1, 2025
